Every martial art strives to align your body and mind so it is also meditation in motion. �

Kalaripayattu is the Mother of all martial arts. Over two thousand years old. All other martial arts have supposedly derived from it. �

And it is ideally practiced amidst nature. Just the kind of setting we have at Forest Spirit Learning. �

This is a demo class. No charges.
