Women's Heartspace Support Group 'Surviving to Thriving' Pinjarra

This month's support group focus will be "Tending To Grief". We provide to any women in need of a safe & compassionate space to deal with pain, grief, sadness - whether from abuse related trauma (including child-hood) - grief, loneliness or anything else.
*This is a safe space that will hold you with respect & compassion with no judgement & will allow you to connect & share & explore paths of healing & releasing. Led by 'Tanya Langford' (Trauma Recovery Life Coach & Author of 'The Domestic Abuse Prevention Manual') with many years of experience & herself a survivor & other experienced Facilitators & 'Thrivers' who will share their paths to give you 'Hope' & 'Self-Belief'. *Each session will provide some Self-Care Activities, eg: meditation, breathwork & a form of Therapy eg: yoga or sound healing to bring relief to your body mind & soul. You will leave with a greater sense of calm & tools to maintain your inner peace. *Cost $20 or what you can afford (includes Afternoon Tea & Resources).
