Tuesday Twilight Meditation

This is a beneficial meditation for beginners and experts alike. No two are the same and are tailored to the energy of the collective group on the night. Held at Tree of Truth and limited to only 8 spots, this relaxing & transformative meditation also includes the use of essential oils, reiki healing & sound healing to deepen the meditative experience and enhance the meditation journey. (*This is NOT a sound healing event). Don't rush away and enjoy the peace afterwards whilst sipping on a complimentary Herbal Tea. This is a weekly gift to yourself!

*Material floor mats, yoga bolster and Lavender & Linseed Eye Pillows are provided provided but please bring your own pillow & blanket and anything else to ensure your optimal comfort (including your own mat if you'd prefer to use your own).
