Fun Fit for Everyone – a space to connect, move and feel part of your community
Fun Fit for Everyone is a program co-designed by local people with disability and support workers. It offers a welcoming space for people with disability to try new activities, build confidence and spend time with others in a relaxed, supportive setting.
Taking part in local community activities can boost wellbeing, strengthen connections and create a sense of belonging — and this is a great place to start.
The program includes:
• Group games and light movement activities
• Chair-friendly and seated fitness options
• Court-based games to suit different abilities
• New water activities this term
• A quiet sensory table if you need a break
Support workers are encouraged to join in, and everyone is welcome to take part in their own way.
Cost: $12 per session for the term or $14 per session, casual visit.
