Deep Rest - Gentle Breathwork & Yoga Nidra

Are you craving some deep rest? We all are! Come and join us for a journey into Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

Begin with gentle breathwork to release and calm the nervous system, before transitioning into the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra.

During the session, you will be guided through a series of verbal instructions and visualisations, directing your attention inward as you are guided through different brain wave states into deep rest and relaxation.

No experience is required - every journey into the realms of Yoga Nidra is different. How will yours be?

BYO yoga mat, eye pillow (optional), additional blanket & cushion for comfort (optional) - all other props are provided.

Deep Rest takes place on the second Friday of each month.
6pm-7.30pm.
