Bunkai (Applications) Workshop - Gekisai Kata

NOTE: CHANGE of Start Time: 3:30pm - Venue availability

Steve Casserly 6th Dan, Goju Ryu, will be conducting a Bunkai (Practical Applications) workshop addressing the kata: Gekisai Ichi and Saifa. Students will be able to train on a series of flowing/connecting drills to apply self defence applications based on the kata.
Students attending ideally know Gekisai and Saifa kata.

Open invitations to Goju Ryu and Shito Ryu style students.
Cost: $15 per person. Full gi and mouthguard are required
