Learn the ABC’s of longganisa making, techniques, recipess and cooking to replicate and savor longanisa you’ll enjoy at home or in business.

Recipes: Vigan Longganisa, Skinless Longganisa, Pampangga Hamonado Longganisa, Baguio Longganisa, Cebu Longganisa, Macao Longganisa, Lucban Longganisa, Longsilog, Ampalaya Atchara and Spaghetti with Vigan Bolognese.
