Yoga in the Greenhouse

Join me (Kelly Block) at the BEAUTIFUL Shady Lane greenhouse for an IN-PERSON gentle yoga workout! Please bring a yoga mat, water, and eye mask for meditation! Keep in mind the weather will effect the temperature in the greenhouse even though it will be space heated. Please dress accordingly! Donations of gratefully accepted but not required! I will focus on all the exercises needed to stretch out those running legs and even if you're not a runner, this is great for everyone!

I'll be there a little early so you can set up because I'm gonna try to start on time thank you!!
