World Menopause Day 2025 - Visible and Vocal

This event for World Menopause Day is organised by the Whitworth Age Friendly Programme as part of an on-going project focussed on creativity as part of the menopause journey. The Creative Menopause series explored how being creative can support you in practical ways as well as supporting your mental health, the sessions also focussed on how the menopause can impact on individuals creative output. The event has drawn a range of panel members who will reflect on these aspects.

10.30am – arrival and register

11.00am – Panel discussion

12.30 – 1pm – break - Bring Your Own Lunch (options for cafe and shops.)

1.00 – 1.45pm - break into groups for workshops
