A walk through Highfield Country Park in Levenshulme looking at trees in the changing seasons and learn how to identify them and get people more connected to their local area. The walk will be at a gentle pace and take around 1.5hours and be about 3 miles. The park has good pathways and is accessible by walking or wheeling, in wet weather these can be muddy so sturdy footwear is recommended. The walk is arranged by Station South CIC who are a destination cycle café, bar, workshop, urban garden and community hangout working to make active travel more accessible and unite the community together.
