Science Hour: Static Electricity

Veteran educator, Jason Pergament, Founder of Onward Rising and current 4-6 Math/Science Teacher at Mountain School at Winhall, will be offering monthly science hours at the Manchester Community Library. Jason plans to run sessions geared towards students in Grades 3-7 (8-14 years old) and will focus on a different scientific concept each month.

In September, get ready for some hair-raising fun! In this hands-on science program, we’ll explore the mysterious power of static electricity. Discover the science behind the shocks and learn how static electricity is part of our daily lives.
