Ready, Set, Grow!: A Family Back to School Summit

As the new school year approaches, give your family the tools to thrive-both in and out of the classroom. Join us for a one-day Back to School event like no other, designed for families with children ages 11 and up. Adolescent years are challenging and often feel isolating in their struggles, and yet the more parents/caregivers try to support and lean in, the more they seem to retreat. This summit aims at reducing some of these obstacles to connection, sense of team, and regulation during the school year.

This interactive event features a variety of social and emotional skill-building workshops for both parents and children. You’ll participate together in some activities, while others are tailored separately so each group can focus on the skills they need most.

What to Expect:

• Engaging, age-appropriate workshops to build confidence, communication, and emotional resilience
• Lunch and light snacks provided
• Parent-focused sessions on supporting teens and managing stress at home
• Student-focused sessions on organization, healthy coping strategies, and self-esteem
• Hands-on activities to boost connection and learning
• Family will receive resources and take-home items, such as: school supplies, gratitude journals, stress balls, self-care tools, and more to support mental health all year long!

Registration Fees: $45 for One Parent & One Child, each additional child is $15, each additional adult is $20.
