Through this life long career she has learned the importance of attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to bring out the best in others, but Shelly's journey doesn't stop there.

She has also emerged thru the years as a platform artist and motivational speaker, using her voice and her platform to INSPYR and uplift others. This role has taught her the power of words, the impact of sharing personal experiences, and the ability to connect people from all walks of life.

Additionally, Shelly has embraced the role of educator, imparting knowledge and skills to aspiring hairdressers and professionals that has deepened her understanding of the importance of patience, adaptability and the joy of seeing others grow and succeed ...
