Congratulations on your pregnancy! This class will enable you to stay fit and active, reduce stress and become more in tune with your body at this very special time. Each pose is carefully modified to accommodate your changing body, with an emphasis on relieving tension, improving circulation, and preparing both body and mind for childbirth. Various breathing and relaxation techniques will be explored to help you during your pregnancy and during childbirth. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this supportive community and nurturing environment will help you feel pampered, nourished and rejuvenated.

All levels of experience and all stages of pregnancy are welcome! To create a safe and comfortable environment for all participants, this class is for pregnant women only (no partners or friends).
