Join us for a friendly 5.3K test run, a chance to check out the Sale Water Park route and signage, and an opportunity to meet the Phoenix Manchester team in person. You’ll also get to see some of our awesome medals up close!

Meet for 9.45am
Run starts at 10am
Post run cake 10.45am onwards.
