Charter Oak Park is Built to Play — and we’re here to prove it.
As one of the headline activities at the Charter Oak Park Grand Re-Opening, Adaptive Movement Parkour is transforming the park into an open playground of movement and exploration. Our team will lead the community in discovering new ways to climb, run, balance, and jump — showing how this space is designed for active play. This is a family friendly day meant for families as a whole to play and challenge themselves.
🌳 What to expect:
• Outdoor Parkour Obstacle Course – Try a hands-on course built for all ages and abilities.
• Movement Challenge Zones – Explore mini-parkour challenges set up across Charter Oak Park.
• The Parkour Movement Challenge – Push your agility, creativity, and playfulness in a fun, family-friendly way.

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: (2) 45 minute sessions leading groups through 3 - 4 stations of parkour challenges/games across both sides of the park.
5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Master demonstration from our coaches
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: "Free Play" in the park.
