Join us for an exclusive beginner/intermediate HYROX class, run by the expert team at Fighting Fit in partnership with Gym King. This one-hour session will give you a taste of HYROX – the globally consistent fitness race combining endurance running with strength-based functional training. Expect to be challenged but supported in a class designed for all abilities.

HYROX workouts blend cardio and strength, covering movements such as Ski Erg, Sled Push/Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. For this MYP session, the Fighting Fit team will create a bespoke class format tailored to our group.
