Mutations returns for an evening at the exciting new space Unit3, right in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
We are thrilled to be joined by Ancient Methods, headlining with an extended DJ set. With over two decades at the forefront of underground electronic music, and taking wide influence from EBM, Industrial, Psychedelic, Neo Folk, Wave and Techno; Michael Vollenhaupt’s project embodies an unyielding and resolute passion for otherworldly, multifaceted electronic music. This is underpinned by his distinctive “pitch black techno war funk”. Founder of the Persephonic Sirens label; his DJ sets, live performances and productions are a perpetual force for nonconformist renewal, and this will be a performance not to miss.
Also joining us is the multifaceted Manchester based DJ and Cellar Door resident Cersy. Born out of a punk and classical household, she has a limitless curiosity for discovering new music. Known for her versatility in sculpting carefully curated sets across numerous genres; she recently closed proceedings at the infamous White Hotel for the first time to rave reviews. We are very excitedly unsure of what she’ll bring to the evening.
