Join WiBSE in Manchester for an inspiring evening exploring Male Allyship in Construction with Lee Chambers. Lee is a local business psychologist, male allyship specialist, and founder of Male Allies UK and Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing.
As we mark Men’s Mental Health Month, this event invites everyone to come together for meaningful conversations and practical action around allyship. We’ll explore how engaging men in inclusion helps strengthen our workplaces and wellbeing, because initiatives designed to support women, like better-fitting PPE or flexible working, create a more supportive and effective environment for everyone.
The event is open to ALL professionals in the built environment industry, not just CIBSE members. Whether you’re an engineer, designer, project manager or simply passionate about building a more inclusive industry, we’d love for you to join us.
Food and drinks will be provided.
A huge thank you to our event sponsors, Carrington West, and to the CIBSE North West Wellbeing and Social Fund, kindly supported by Gilberts and Helvar, for helping make this event possible.
