What is Kundalini?
The term Kundalini describes the male & female energy or chi, found in every person, lying dormant at the base of the spine until activated through yoga, mantras or meditation. Kundalini practices enable this energy to uncoil & rise up from the base of the spine through the chakras, enlivening one’s physical, mental & spiritual bodies.
What is Grounding?
Grounding, also known as earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves connecting the human body to the Earth’s surface to balance the electrical charges in the body.
This chakra meditation and grounding workshop is suitable for all.
You’ll be seated in chairs throughout the session, making the workshop accessible to people of all ages & physical abilities. No previous meditation experience is needed, although experienced meditators are also welcome.
