Intro To Sour Dough Bread With Ashley Walters

Join us at The Red Jacket Community Library for an exciting evening of Sourdough! Ashley Walters presents - Intro To Sourdough. Ashley Walters is the Owner of Walters Farm and Flour, a women-owned sourdough micro-bakery based in Bloomfield, NY. She is a mom of 3 with a passion for baking. Started from scratch with just a little flour and water. Everything is naturally leavened & long fermented for easier digestibility. At first, it was just a hobby and has now become so much more. Stocked locally in stores & markets, and a farm stand. Fresh baked bread, muffins, cookies, etc. I’m happy to be able to help teach others about the process and get them started on their own sourdough journey! Registration is required.
