The Helplines Partnership Annual Conference and Helpline Awards 2025 is the must-attend event for everyone working in or with the helpline sector, as well as those championing charities, mental health, and wellbeing.

This year’s theme, Stepping Forward—building resilience, nurturing teams and growing partnerships, highlights the strength, adaptability and collaboration at the heart of our sector.

Join us and colleagues across the UK to explore the key issues and challenges facing helplines. Hear from expert speakers, learn from last year’s Helpline of the Year winners, share insights and innovations, and find inspiration.

Whether you manage a helpline, lead a charity as a CEO, volunteer or represent a partner organisation, this event offers valuable opportunities to learn, connect, and be inspired.

Helplines Partnership’s Policy and External Affairs Manager Sam Bromiley will host the panel event featuring Neil Henderson, from Safeline UK, Mike Prescott from NFP Spark, and Jackie Hodgetts from Melanoma Focus.
