Forever Fit - Fitness Program (October)

This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. This will be located on RMC 3rd floor in the Veterans Education Center.

What you can expect:
- Low Intensity Cardio
- Upper/Lower Body Muscle Strengthening
- Balance
- Stretching

Registration is required (Call 563-927-7311). Class size limited. The waiver and payment ($60) must be completed before the first class on Thursday, October 2nd Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights.

**Forever Fit - Punch Pass**
Not sure if you can attend all the sessions? We offer a $65 punch card that will give you a total of 6 Forever Fit sessions. These sessions will be of your choosing (over a 90 day period).
