In the quiet embrace of The Monastery, we gather to move - not for performance, but for presence.
Through sound and movement, we explore freedom and emotion. The carefully curated wave guides us from gentle openings to deep rhythms then to silence.
Let this be a time to come home to yourself.
No dance experience needed - only a willingness to move and be moved.
Bring water, comfortable clothes, and an open heart.
Leave shoes, words, and expectations at the door.
