About the event

Corporeality, Voice and Percussion
This experiential workshop explores the deep connection between body, voice and sound.

Corporeality is understood as the integration of our physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual dimensions — the living expression of who we are. Through movement, voice and rhythm, we reconnect with the body as a space of expression, awareness and transformation.

The human voice, our first and most powerful instrument, will be explored as a tool for consciousness, transformation and emotional release. Through sound and vibration, we can influence breathing, calm the nervous system, balance emotions and support overall wellbeing.

Participants will work with vocal expression and simple percussion instruments such as drums and maracas, guided through experiential exercises that combine Biodanza with the voice. You will experience how working with sound deepens the vivencia (dance session), enhancing connection, presence and emotional flow through movement and voice.

“What the mouth does not say, the body feels.”

He is a Biodanza Didactics Trainer, a trainer in IBF Extensions (including Neochamanism in Biodanza, Biodanza in Clay and Biocentric Education), and over the last decade has focused his research on the trilogy Science – Art – Spirituality, and the relationship between human beings, culture and nature.
