This is a 1.5-hour, in-person session exploring confidence. What it is, how it changes, and what tends to get in the way of it.
Confidence isn’t a fixed quality that some people have and others don’t, it’s shaped by experience, habit, and circumstance. Most of us feel confident in some areas of life and less so in others, and that can shift over time.
The session offers a calm, well-held space to notice how confidence shows up for you, and what influences it without pressure to fix anything or perform.
This session is likely to suit you if you:
- Are experiencing/coming out of burnout or a demanding period
- Are at a career or life crossroads
- Have a tendency to be quite hard on yourself
- Are interested in looking at your relationship with confidence
This session may not be a good fit if you’re:
- Looking for quick fixes or 'motivational' energy
- In acute crisis
- Seeking therapy or trauma processing
The session is gently structured and will include:
- A short arrival and grounding
- Guided reflection and journaling
- Some framing and prompts from me
- Conversation in pairs and small groups
- Whole-group reflection
The pace will be calm and contained, with space to think, listen, and speak without being put on the spot.
