By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Equipment & Property

• Attendees are responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment, materials, or venue property caused by their actions.

2. Refund Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend before booking.

3. Photography Notice

• Photographs and/or videos may be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes on social media or future marketing materials.
• By attending, you consent to being photographed unless you notify the host before the event.

4. Safety Expectations

• Safety guidance and expectations will be explained at the beginning of the session.
• All attendees are expected to follow the host’s instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

5. Alcohol

• Alcohol cannot be brought in from outside.
• Any alcohol served inside is self-served and is not the responsibility of the host.
• Please drink responsibly.
• Challenge 25 will be in use, so ID is required.

• Please note that the venue is located on an upper floor and no lift or ramp access is available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and into the Festive paint zone.
