Breathwork with Matt

Join Matt for a one hour Breathwork session at Space at the Mill. Matt uses a unique blend of conscious connected and functional breath techniques to guide you on a powerful journey inward, helping you to restore balance, release emotions held in the body and cultivate a profound sense of clarity and calm.

Matt is a trauma-informed breathwork practitioner who's carefully curated classes create safe spaces for you to regulate the nervous system and allow deep emotional release.

This session is suitable whether you are new to breathwork or are a regular breather. Matt leads from the heart, with humility and authenticity. Everyone is welcome – so come exactly as you are!

Please note:

Beathwork is a safe yet sometimes intense practice and is therefore recommended for those who are age 18+.

The most intense breathing is contraindicated in pregnancy and the following medical conditions: severe psychiatric conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or psychosis, active PTSD, severe osteoporosis, epilepsy, heart conditions or arrhythmia, pre-existing lung conditions including severe asthma or COPD, recent major surgery, history of detached retina, high or very low blood pressure (with a history of fainting).
