Autumnal Balance: Nourishing Embodied Yin & Sound Journey

Join us on Sunday 26th October , 1.30-3.30pm for an afternoon of deep nourishment and alignment into this new season through movement and sound.

As the leaves turn and the air cools, Autumn invites us to release what no longer serves and return to balance. Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this season is connected to the Metal element, the lungs, and the art of letting go. Guided by the energy of the Libra New Moon, we gather in community to restore harmony within ourselves and in our relationships.

- Charlotte will guide you through a gentle, embodied yin yoga practice, offering space to soften into stillness, explore the breath, and land fully in your body.

- Sabira will weave a restorative sound journey, bathing you in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls percussion and voice that soothe the nervous system and open the heart.

- Refreshments and sweet treats

Together, yoga and sound create a container for release, renewal, and equilibrium — a moment to realign with the season’s golden rhythm.
