On 26 November, Alliance Manchester Business School will be opening its doors for a full-day event dedicated to boosting autism awareness, sparking curiosity, and raising funds for a cause that genuinely matters. Students will be able to dive into interactive activities - from a quick knowledge quiz to a photo stand with purpose - all designed to get people thinking, talking, and learning in a meaningful way.
AMBS partners with I AM Celebrating Autism for a full-day event mixing insight, interaction, and fundraising with real purpose.
On 26 November, the Alliance Manchester Business School will host a full-day fundraising and awareness event in support of I AM Celebrating Autism in Greater Manchester. Running from 10:00 to 18:00, the event brings together an interactive photo stand, a short autism knowledge quiz, and a dedicated space for students to learn more about the charity’s work.
The aim is simple but meaningful: raise funds, spark curiosity, and give more people a genuine understanding of autism and the importance of neuro-affirming language. With input from I AM on key messages, resources, and on-the-ground materials, the day will offer both fun engagement and valuable insight into public awareness among students. All quiz results will be summarised and shared with the charity after the event.
It’s a collaboration built on openness, learning, and a shared commitment to better support autistic people across Greater Manchester - and we’re excited to bring it to life on campus.
