A Seat at the Table: Self-publishing and Romance with P. Rose

Based off the title of P. Rose's newest work, this will be a conversation and exploration into the world of self-publishing and creating a space for oneself. A portion of the event will focus on how to create a summary and intriguing title. Participants are encouraged to bring their own works in progress. Plus enjoy free art exhibits and activities at WORK_SPACE after the event!

More About P. Rose:

Author P. Rose's passion for writing started at the early age of six. She could often be found writing her own fairy tales about princesses...and vampires. Today, she's been honing her talents as a contemporary author, crafting stories about love, mystery and all the things that go "bump" in the night.

Her first venture into authorship was an inspirational book on the art of journaling titled, The Optimist's Guide to Journaling. Following the guide to journaling, she self published two short stories to Amazon. Guardian, a twisted tale of obsession and Stranger: Rebirth, an endearing and heartbreaking vampire tale.

It wasn't until 2018, when P. Rose finally self-published her book, Upgrade, a cautionary tale of lust, lies and consequences. P. Rose confirmed that she not only wanted to be an author, but it was an absolute necessity for her.

Today, P. Rose is back at it and finishing up her debut romance, A Seat At the Table which has ignited her newfound love for the ever popular genre. And when she's not brainstorming or writing, P. Rose can be found painting, dabbling in food photography, reading comics and obsessing over Optimus Prime while spending time with her beautiful family in Connecticut.
