Join us on a divine journey and discover a unique blend of Yin yoga and meditation with spiritual intention, Yogatation! © In this class we will explore gentle Yin yoga asanas comprised of comfortable seated, reclining, and prone poses. Kelley encourages the use of bolsters, blocks, blankets and pillows as she guides you to sink comfortably into these soft stretching poses for 1-5 minutes each. During that time, she will encourage you to find stillness and inner awareness in the present moment, meditating with intention and receiving messages of love, comfort, guidance and peace from the universe. Rejuvenate your body and mind through this amazing combination of passive stretching and spiritually healing meditation!
