Serged Composition Notebook Cover

Your serger can do much more than simply finish seams, it is a great tool for a variety of projects. Making a simple composition notebook cover (with a pen holder) is one of them, and a great way to use your serger to do a quick project that increases your serger skills, and also makes a great gift. Then once you understand how to make a notebook cover, you can use the basic pattern to do other projects simply by changing up the size, adding embellishments, etc.
