Ready to ditch the takeout and learn how to make one of your favorite dishes from scratch? 🍜🔥Join us at Eavesdrop on Thursday, September 18th from 6:30–8:30 PM for our first-ever cooking class: Better Than Takeout: Classic Pad Thai—led by the talented Chef Joe.

This hands-on class will walk you through the magic of authentic Pad Thai—think sweet, salty, sour, spicy perfection. You’ll pick up some essential knife skills 🔪, learn how to prep traditional rice noodles, and whip up a killer Pad Thai sauce from scratch. Whether you burn toast or already throw down in the kitchen, this class is for you.

Once you’ve crafted your dish, sit back, dig in, and enjoy it with fellow food lovers. And yeah—we’ve got over 30 taps pouring craft beer, guest ciders, wine, meads, and more, so you’ll have plenty to pair with your meal.
