This comprehensive tasting experience and introduction to olive oil is ideal for anyone curious about olive oil and seeking to learn more. You likely have a few bottles on your counter, and this class will teach you what's inside the bottle and provide a deeper understanding.

You'll walk away knowing how to taste and identify a quality bottle, how it's made, what makes it special, and how to use it effectively in everyday meals. This course will be led by Emily Lycopolus an expert olive oil Sommelier.

This will also be the first opportunity to taste the very first of the fresh 2025 harvest of Zoi, which will be flown in from Greece especially for this class.
