This workshop is designed for beginner and experienced pilates students alike. Beginner students will create a solid sustainable foundation for their pilates practice. More experienced students can revisit the fundamentals as a way of deepening their practice.
This is a supportive, low-pressure environment where you can develop confidence in your movement, ask questions and gain clarity on your personal practice. You'll leave feeling more connected, more informed and ready to step into any pilates class with greater confidence and awareness.
