Community Vinyasa Classes with Pechta

We are excited to welcome Pechta Sok for two free Community Vinyasa Classes, on January 10 and 17 at 10 a.m. Pechta recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, and we are happy to support her on this new journey! These will be 60-minute Vinyasa classes, which match movement with breath.

Pechta is an accomplished wellness guide rooted in the belief that when we grow inward, we expand outward. Through yoga, sound, and mindful living, she creates spaces where wellbeing becomes communal, sustainable, and accessible.
