Bend and Brew
Come join us for a fun and relaxing early afternoon of Pilates/yoga and beer tasting at Sinistral Brewing Company! This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind after a long week. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, all levels are welcome. Enjoy a 60-minute yoga class followed by a Pint of Sinistral's finest brews. We are partnering with a new Studio in Manassas, PYF Studio. They will be opeing soon their studio soon! Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and a friend to share in the experience.
