Adelsheim Winemaker Dinner

The Wine Dinner at Dover Hall features a five-course menu celebrating the vineyard's Oregon heritage, guided by Executive Chef and Winemaker . As a pioneering female winemaker at one of the Willamette Valley's founding wineries—and the first in the Chehalem Mountains—Hennen brings both expertise and perspective to an evening showcasing Adelsheim's role in shaping Oregon's wine story.
