Our Annual Holly Berry Bazaar is Saturday, November 8th and we need people to bake, make or even shake - stuff out of their homes, closets and jewelry boxes to sell. NO clothing or electronics, please! Baked goods can be brought in on Friday, November 7th between 8am-2pm or Saturday morning at 8am. Crafts, attic treasures, and jewelry can be brought in the week before beginning on Wednesday, November 3rd thru Friday, Nov. 7th from 8am-2pm. We will attempt to sell unsold crafts and baked goods the following Sunday between services. Remaining baked goods will be donated to the food pantry or frozen for coffee hour. Suggested prices for baked goods are welcome, as well as pretty packaging and list of ingredients or allergens.
NOTE: if we receive enough donations of good sellable toys and books, we'll add that to the bazaar, if not we'll use donations to replace some of the old, outdated items in the nursery.
YES, we can use HELP...Waitresses, kitchen assistant, bake table helper, etc. We also will need volunteers to assist in breaking down the stations after the Bazaar on Saturday and setting it up for church on Sunday. Cleanup will begin at the end of the bazaar at 2pm. If you can help, please come! Help spread the word and invite family, friends & neighbors. Flyers are available in the Narthex and Fellowship Hall to be distributed in your clubhouse, the library, community center, town hall, etc.
The office is coordinating, please reach out if you can help. This event has always been a wonderful fundraiser for the church and a highly anticipated event for the community. THANKS!
