Iron Mantis Day Camp New York

Learn the basics of Ditang Jiu Jitsu for those Kung Fu practitioners wanting to learn the ground game or improve what they already know. Basic position, transitions, escapes, takedowns and takedown defense. The Ditang will be taught by Sifu Jeff Hughes 2nd degree Kore Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt. Also Sifu Gun Orachan will be teaching two-person Praying Mantis techniques (Ling Sup Baat Sau). A Day of Mantis stand-up / trapping, takedowns / defense and ground fighting / defense.
