Donation Based Community Yoga Classes

Start your weekend grounded and refreshed with a gentle, accessible Slow Flow Yoga class. These sessions help you connect to your breath, release tension, and build strength and flexibility at your own pace. We build heat, offer different adjustments for all levels of poses, and finish with some deep stretching.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, these donation-based classes are open to all and offer a supportive environment for moving mindfully and cultivating inner calm.
