Whether you’re a healer looking to incorporate sound into your sessions or simply drawn to explore its magic, this workshop will give you the tools, confidence, and experience to begin or deepen your practice.

This is a safe and playful space for exploration, connection, and embodied learning - no musical experience needed!

What to Expect:

• An introduction to the healing power of sound - how vibration, intention, and frequency affect the body and energy field

• How to use various sound instruments including singing bowls, drums, chimes, rain stick and tuning forks

• Guided demonstrations + hands-on time with each instrument

• Techniques for intuitive channelling - how to trust your inner guidance and let sound flow through you

• Partner work and group practice to give and receive mini sound sessions

• Tips for creating sacred space, cleansing energy, and holding space with integrity

• A group sound bath to close and integrate the experience
