Roll, Release, Reclaim: Pelvic Floor Edition

Reconnect with your body through fascia-focused movement, release, and pelvic floor integration.

Join us for an embodied journey into pelvic floor health, where movement and fascia release come together to restore balance and function. Through rolling, releasing, strengthening, and mindful integration, you’ll reconnect with your body’s inner support system and cultivate resilience from the inside out. This therapeutic practice is designed to help you reclaim freedom, ease, and vitality in your everyday movement.


This class can be taken by itself or combined with a series of classes offered on Sunday's 9/21, 9/28, 10/5 & 10/12.
$25 for drop-in class or $80 for class series.

Movement classes with Megan incorporate principles from pilates, yoga, and functional training
