Ruck for Life

The CGOC is hosting the 2nd Annual Ruck for Life at the Malmstrom fitness track to raise awareness/ fundraise during suicide awareness month. Sign up as a team or by yourself and get some sponsors to pledge to donate $x amount per lap, then complete as many laps as you can! (I.e. Col A pledges $1 per lap for Team B and the team completes 100 laps, Col A will donate $100) You can ruck, walk, or run! All donations will be donated to Stop Solider Soldier or to sending Airmen home for the holidays. Team and individual that completes the most laps wins a trophy!
