Hi everyone,

It's Kompis intervals again (for those that were there last time).

Basic plan in 5-10 x 800m but the catch is you'll be running in a team of 3 runners. More information at Hästhagens.

This session can also be a solo session with 5-10 x 800m (2 laps) with 90 second rest inbetween.
