Salsa Lab is a deep dive into styles — where we explore the history, musical roots, body movement, and feeling behind each style.
Whether you already dance the style or are meeting it for the first time, Salsa Lab helps you understand why it looks, feels, and moves the way it does.
Each edition focuses on two different salsa styles, giving you tools, context, and flavor you can take with you into any salsa dance.

This is about depth, awareness, and diversity — not steps.
