✨ Coming back from a festival can feel both full and a little empty — carrying home so many impressions, connections, and memories. A decompression is a soft landing: a space to exhale together, share what’s alive in us, and gently weave festival magic into everyday life. ✨

Unwind with us in our cozy venue – the perfect setting to relax, reflect, and connect as we look ahead together. Ida and Klara will offer some light exercises to help integrate what we experienced this summer. The focus will be on the festival, but also wider – so you are welcome even if you didn’t make it there. This is for us all!
