MRC Malmö shakeout for Copenhagen half

We meet up at the Bar.

We know that many of you who runs with us are going to do Copenhagen half marathon on september 14.

We will do an easy shakeout run the day before the race. This saturday where will be only one group and the pace will be adapted to the group (Very slow). Maybe we will split into two groups if there is an interest for it, but we decide that before we start running.

Come and shake loose with us to be well prepared for the race.
