The course is a hands-on course and cover topics like Japanese Tea history, Tea production, different Tea kinds and brewing methods. You will also learn how to prepare several Japanese Teas such as different qualiteis of Matcha, Gyokuro, Sencha, Hojicha etc. and understand how to store them properly.
